Fenplast is a door and window company currently in the midst of a boom of rapid growth and faced with the challenges that come with it. To implement an asset maintenance control and follow-up system (CMMS/EAM), Fenplast chose Guide Ti software. Its user-friendliness was an important factor because it is maintenance employees themselves who use Guide Ti. The plant does not have a maintenance planner.
Implementation takes almost no time at all. Consequently, the expertise of Cogep and a structured project startup method, meant that only 2 visits from Cogep were needed to transfer data from the old system, to train users and begin using the maintenance software. This quick startup method would not be possible were it not for Guide Ti’s extraordinary flexibility, which from the moment it is launched develops at the same rhythm as the company.
