International Automotive Components, global leader in automobile acoustic systems and molded plastic trim, relies on Guide Ti asset management software. It’s Lacolle plant uses Guide Ti to manage its industrial facilities, inventories and supplies. In less than three weeks, the software was in use and COGEP’s continuous improvement then made adjustments to maximize user and product performance in the company environment. A “Little Steps” approach was preferred for the solution’s quick startup and to enable the maintenance team to first take control of the system, then improve on it by using work and cost history as a basis for action.
