Société Immobilière du Quebec (S.I.Q.) uses Guide in cooperation with a service provider.
This provincial Crown corporation, which manages all provincial government buildings, uses Guide to oversee the maintenance of more than 32 million square feet of building space throughout Quebec. The system includes over 1,200 buildings. Although the Guide solution was implemented within the S.I.Q., the corporation uses the system through the intermediary of its maintenance service provider. It is this service provider who uses the software daily to verify which maintenance procedures are necessary. An approach that demonstrates the flexibility of Cogep’s Guide maintenance system once again.
