Osisko selects Cogep’s flagship computerized maintenance management software
Québec, Québec, May 6, 2010 - Cogep Inc. announces today that Osisko Mining Corporation has selected Guide Ti as their Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for the Canadian Malartic Mine.
Cogep carries 14 years of success in maintenance management for the mining industry with Guide Ti and in 2010 the company has taken aggressive action to increase their presence throughout North America. Guide Ti's customizable software delivers tools that streamline processes and improves control and management of assets in real-time which leads to: increased efficiency supply, purchasing and inventory management; while, tightening the maintenance reins for financial and maintenance management.
Osisko Mining Corporation, a Montréal based mining company is the latest from Cogep’s long list of clients in the mining industry that put their maintenance trust in Guide Ti. The Canadian Malartic Mine will be one of the largest gold mines in Canada and the largest to date in the province of Quebec. Mining production at the Canadian Malartic Mine is expected to begin operations early in 2011. Guide Ti has been implemented in the construction phase of the mine.
