This Privacy Policy and protection of personal information (hereinafter: « Privacy Policy ») establishes COGEP’s practices for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information as part of its business relationship with you as a client-user of its software Guide TI.
if you are a Client domiciled outside the Province of Quebec and that you provide personal information, you agree that your personal information be transferred and hosted in the province of Quebec and protected by the applicable laws in this province.

COGEP collects personal information in the course of its business relationship with a client-user:

E-Storage

COGEP retains your personal information only as long as necessary or relevant for the identified purposes or as required by law.
At expiration, COGEP we will close your customer account. Despite the closure of your account, we reserve the right to hold for an indefinite period, within the limits prescribed by the laws of Quebec applicable, certain personal information to be in compliance with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed, resolve complaints or other problems related to them, cooperate with an investigation and any other act permitted by law.
Upon expiry of this period, the data files will be destroyed or deleted from COGEP’s systems.
