The Role
As Advisor, Implementation, you play a key role in ensuring our customers’ success. You support clients throughout the implementation process — from requirements gathering and configuration to training and adoption — while helping them apply best practices in maintenance and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Support Guide Ti implementations and integrated systems for new and existing customers
- Gather and analyze client requirements to design optimal configurations
- Conduct workshops and user training sessions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and go-live activities
- Create implementation guides, training materials, and documentation
- Collaborate with project leads and other departments (IT, operations, maintenance, procurement)
- Support data migration, validation, and reporting setup
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation tools and methods
- Travel regularly to client sites mostly in Quebec, Canada and the USA. (Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Canada)
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in software implementation or consulting (CMMS, EAM, or ERP)
- Bilingual in French and English (mandatory); Spanish is an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn complex systems
- Consulting mindset with a customer-first approach
- Knowledge of industrial best practices in maintenance and reliability
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience with Guide Ti or similar systems
- Understanding of accounting and procurement processes
- Experience delivering customer training or workshops
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with IoT or predictive maintenance concepts
