We are seeking a CMMS Account Executive who balances strategic rigor with unmatched creativity. Selling EAM/CMMS solutions at the enterprise level requires more than a playbook; it requires the resourcefulness to navigate multi-year contracts and the creativity to align diverse stakeholders. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic, fast-evolving market, turning complex challenges into scalable partnerships.

COGEP has been a leader in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for over 35 years. Our flagship product, Guide Ti, helps manufacturing and asset-intensive organizations improve operational performance across Canada, USA, and internationally by managing preventive and corrective maintenance, optimizing asset lifecycles, and controlling budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Extreme Demand Generation Ownership: Be in control of your destiny by sourcing all your opportunities. Use the business development tools and processes in place to penetrate new markets and build your own qualified pipeline.
- Mid-Market to Enterprise Execution: Own the full sales cycle for large-scale accounts, from strategic outreach to final signature. Support Mid-Market late-stage cycles to close.
- Resourceful Problem-Solving: Identify and mobilize internal COGEP resources (product, engineering, pro services, leadership, partners) to solve unique roadblocks.
- Creative Value Engineering: Build sophisticated ROI models and business cases that speak to the specific financial and operational goals of buyer personas.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience (CMMS, EAM, or ERP preferred).
- Language: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Track Record: Proven ability to close 6-figure deals in high-pressure, competitive environments.
- Resilience: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a proven ability to maintain momentum during long, complex sales cycles.
